Cxbladder® Detect

Cxbladder Triage is an established test optimised for the risk stratification and rule of out of urothelial cancer (UC) in patients presenting with microhaematuria. Triage helps to de-intensify clinical work-up in those with a low probability Triage test result, reducing the need for referral and invasive procedures, while prioritising those who require further investigation.

Triage is included in the American Urological Association Microhaematuria Guideline¹, supported with "Grade A" evidence from the STRATA randomised controlled trial².

Cxbladder® Triage

Cxbladder Triage Plus is a next generation Cxbladder test that employs a novel combination of mRNA and DNA biomarkers to extend best in class performance.

Triage Plus enhances the risk stratification and rule out of urothelial cancer (UC) in patients presenting with haematuria, reducing unnecessary cystoscopies in patients with a low probability of disease, while prioritising those who need immediate care.

With analytical and clinical validation shown in published studies1,2, Triage Plus builds on the performance of Cxbladder Triage, a test now included in the American Urological Association Microhaematuria Guideline3 supported with "Grade A" evidence from the STRATA randomised controlled trial.4

Cxbladder® Triage Plus

Guardant Shield™ is a qualitative, blood-based colorectal cancer screening test that analyzes cell-free DNA (cfDNA) signals from plasma. It is intended for individuals at average colorectal cancer risk who are 45 years or older.

A positive Shield result requires follow-up colonoscopy. A negative result does not rule out colorectal cancer or advanced adenoma, and routine guideline-based screening should continue at recommended intervals.

The multi-cancer detection (MCD) test offered by Guardant Health, is a bloodbased test which is intended to detect 10 cancers: Bladder, Breast, Colorectal, Esophageal, Gastric (Stomach), Liver (Hepatocellular), Lung, Pancreatic, Prostate and Ovarian.

Cancer screening can help detect cancer before any symptoms appear.
