WGS virtual panel covering 815 genes across 10 disease panels (Skeletal disorders)
10 sub-panels included:
4mL peripheral blood (EDTA), 2mL saliva, 4 buccal swabs
4–10 mL peripheral blood in EDTA (purple-top) tube. Collected by a licensed healthcare professional.
Alternative specimen: Saliva (buccal swab) is also accepted. Please use the provided saliva collection kit and follow the enclosed instructions.
Saliva collection: Codex-provided saliva kit (2 mL). Follow the enclosed instructions; do not eat, drink, or smoke for 30 minutes before collection.
Buccal swab collection: Codex-provided buccal swabs (4 swabs required). Rub each swab firmly on the inside of the cheek for 30 seconds.
Samples must be collected and submitted by a licensed healthcare professional.
- Keep samples at 4–8°C after collection; avoid freezing.
- Ship at ambient temperature (15–25°C); deliver within 72 hours of collection.
